Bodynamic Analysis is a theory of somatic developmental psychology that integrates knowledge about physical development with personal and social development.
Based on a detailed developmental model combining motor, social and psychological development Bodynamic body-psychotherapy works with the correlation between muscles and the personality features they are associated with. This developmental approach emphasizes body awareness and uses it as a
tool to explore and change behavioral patterns.
Russell Stolzoff has completed a 5-year course of study in Bodynamic Analysis which forms the basis of his counseling practice and brings a context of human understanding to his Rolfing® practice.
